Is there an accounting software that interprets business transactions?

I am looking for an accounting software that can tell which accounts to debit and credit given a business transaction such as "bought tools for 100$"...

When computers and software first came on the market - companies rushed to fire the bookkeepers and hired clerks to enter numbers only to find out when a mistake was made no one knew how to correct it or had knowledge of the accounting or income functions. No, there is no software that tells you how to make an entry or where it should go - that's why after 10 years companies rushed back to hire the bookkeepers again. Software or a computer cannot think for you or make a decision - - as the old saying goes trash in is trash out.
