1. I haven't used this software, but here's something to try: www.gnucash.org Most of the GNU and GPL software is free, supported by donations and merchandising. Most of it is very powerful though often a bit more difficult to learn. David
2. You can have a look at TioLive (http://www.tiolive.com). It targets at small businesses in priority and the accounting part of this ERP is very complete. Moreover, you use it for free on Internet.
