Best accounting software to use for small business in Dubai, UAE?

And it must have multi-currency ability (not like MS Accounting Professional, where only Bank and Credit can be set for foreign currency), preferably up to 6 decimal places conversion rate (unfortunately Quickbooks failed at that), and functional payroll? It is for small business, so I am not expecting anything worth thousands. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
