Which accounting software is appropriate for non governmental organization's?

now atime several accounting softwares are applied in different organization, one of them is relief society of tigray is an indegeneous NGO in ethiopia.REST apllied networking peacthree accounting software ,However;as my belive its not sufficent to simplify the complexty of REST's financial activity.as result i'm eager to now about any other accounting softwares which implied by NGO's.
