How can i block the use of certain desktop and start menu softwares?

i have an Administrator and a limited account on my computer. On the limited account...people have access to certain softwares that i don't want them to have access to. Is there a way or a program that will let me block these softwares?

1. Yes it's called "Parental Controls' and you can set it up by choosing "Manage Another Account' in the Users sector of the Control Panel.
