How can I set up in Vista, different user accounts that have different startup programs?

Basically I want to do all my basic stuff (internet, word) in one user account. And in another user account I would have all my music production programs. In this one I would like to be able to switch off all unnecessary programs like windows defender, anti-virus software, network card... basically down to bare-bones so all the power is reserved for music making. How can I do this? Msconfig seems to do it for all users. Thanks!

1. I don't think you can do that, because there's only one registry for all of the users. That means that any change you made on how the startup programs start, will affects all accounts
