2. Well Prem, actually it depends on what accounting method that you use, how you do your account most of all the nature of your company.Example ....your items do you sell in sets or pieces. Once you get all these things set then you choose the right accounting software. (i am assuming that you own a company). Most people nowadays use quickbook but even QB has some glitches. When talking about costs, well it depends on how much money you want to spend on a software. Buy according to your budget. Don't go overboard. Just look through every software and find the one has the most function that you use that siuts your accounting style
