2. Quickbooks is a good software for small businesses, we have a floral business and we do our payroll, financial statements, invoice, etc. with it.
3. Quickbooks is the way to go. If you plan on using an accountant for taxes, it's easiest to be on the same software.
4. Aye, I have to agree with everyone else. Quickbooks is the defacto standard for small business accounting these days, and most accountancies accept QB's database too. Good Luck
